Music Usage License

This Music Usage License explains how creators, brands, and individuals may use audio released by Harmonic Frequencies LLC under the Cre8tor Code brand. Our music is original, copyrighted content that may be used in user-generated content with certain restrictions. This license applies to all editions: Trance Elevation, Cinematic Activation, and Focus Flow.

Grant of License

Harmonic Frequencies LLC grants non-exclusive permission for creators to use Cre8tor Code music in online video content, including:

• YouTube videos
• TikTok content
• Instagram Reels and posts
• Facebook content
• X and other short-form platforms
• Livestreams

This permission is provided for non-commercial, creator-driven content only. This license does not grant ownership or transfer of rights.

What This License Allows

You may:

• use the music as background audio in videos
• speak over the music
• use the music in guided meditations or affirmation videos
• edit video length and visuals as needed
• monetize your videos normally
• trim, fade, and lightly EQ the audio for clarity
• use the music during livestreams or long-form guided sessions

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

What This License Does Not Allow

You may not:

• upload music-only videos containing our tracks
• reupload or redistribute the music in any format
• use the music in paid ads, commercial films, or apps
• upload tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, or streaming platforms
• loop or extend tracks as standalone audio
• sell meditation or affirmation albums using our music
• claim the music as your own
• remove affirmations and record your own version
• use the music as training data for AI models

If your use replaces the original track or competes with the original recording, it is not permitted.

Commercial Projects and Sync Licensing

A separate sync license is required for use in:

• advertisements
• film or TV
• mobile or desktop apps
• paid courses
• meditation or wellness platforms
• fitness apps
• commercial brand content

Content ID and Monetization

Our music is registered in YouTube Content ID and other rights systems. When you upload videos containing our audio, Content ID claims may appear. This is normal and does not harm your channel or cause copyright strikes.

Creators typically retain monetization unless platform rules change. We can whitelist channels upon request.

Termination

Harmonic Frequencies LLC may revoke usage rights if:

• the music is used for hate, violence, or harmful content
• the music is misrepresented as your own
• the license terms are violated

Royalty-Free but Not Resellable License

Definition

Cre8tor Code music is offered as a royalty-free license for creators, meaning you may use the audio in your content without paying ongoing royalties, provided you follow the terms.

However, the music is not resellable, meaning you may not:

• redistribute
• repackage
• resell
• upload to audio libraries
• claim ownership
• use in products or apps

The music remains the exclusive property of Harmonic Frequencies LLC.

What “Royalty-Free” Means

• you may monetize videos using the music
• you may use it repeatedly without extra fees
• you may include it in your content indefinitely

What “Not Resellable” Means

• you may not sell or distribute the music
• you may not include it in paid meditation albums
• you may not upload to Spotify or Apple Music
• you may not turn it into a commercial product
• you may not store it as downloadable content behind a paywall

FAQ for Creators

Can I monetize videos that use Cre8tor Code music?

Yes. Monetization is allowed. Content ID may appear but does not harm your channel.

Do I need to give attribution?

No, but it is appreciated.

Can I upload music-only videos?

No. Pure audio uploads or extended loops are not permitted.

Can I use your music in meditations I record myself?

Yes, as long as your voice, visuals, or guidance are part of the content.

Can I edit the music?

Light edits like fading or EQ are allowed. Major changes are not.

Can I use the music in ads?

Not without a commercial sync license.

What if Content ID claims my video?

This is normal. It will not harm monetization.

Can I repost the tracks on streaming platforms?

No. Only Harmonic Frequencies LLC may distribute the music as standalone audio.

Can I loop the audio for long meditation sessions?

Only if your content includes your voice or added structure. Pure audio looping is not allowed.

Who owns the music?

All recordings are owned by Harmonic Frequencies LLC.

Can I train an AI model using your music?

No. This is strictly prohibited.
