AI Licensing & Permissions

This Licensing and Permissions Policy applies to all music released under Harmonic Frequencies LLC and the Cre8tor Code brand, including Trance Elevation, Cinematic Activation, and Focus Flow editions. Because our catalog uses AI-assisted music generation combined with human-crafted affirmations and thematic design, this policy ensures clarity, transparency, and legal protection for both creators and our company.

Ownership and Copyright

All tracks released by Harmonic Frequencies LLC are original copyrighted works. Although AI tools are used in the production process, every track is fully owned by Harmonic Frequencies LLC from the moment of creation.

Ownership includes:

• master recording rights
• distribution rights
• synchronization rights
• performance rights
• licensing rights

No third party may claim ownership, authorship, or derivative rights over these recordings without written permission.

AI-Generated Component Disclosure

Our music uses AI as a production tool — similar to a digital audio workstation, synthesizer, or mastering processor.

All creative components are human-directed, including:

• affirmations
• creative direction
• emotional arc structure
• song titles
• thematic and visual concepts

AI assists only with musical arrangement. Every audio output is manually reviewed, refined, and approved before release.

No Cre8tor Code track replicates or imitates any copyrighted work or artist.

Content ID and Platform Protection

All tracks are registered in rights-management systems including:

• YouTube Content ID
• Meta Rights Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
• TikTok Commercial Music Library
• Other digital rights systems

This prevents unauthorized redistribution while protecting approved creators.

If Content ID claims appear on videos using our audio, this is normal. Claims route royalties to Harmonic Frequencies LLC and do not cause strikes or harm channel performance.

Commercial Use and Restrictions

A separate sync license is required for commercial projects such as:

• paid advertisements
• films or television
• mobile or desktop apps
• video games
• meditation or wellness apps
• NFT collections
• AI model training

Creators may use the music freely on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Twitch, and similar platforms, as long as they follow these rules.

Prohibited Uses

The following are not permitted under any circumstances:

• claiming or implying ownership of the music
• uploading tracks to streaming services as your own
• redistributing or selling the audio
• extending, looping, or modifying the tracks as standalone music
• using the music in hateful, harmful, or violent content
• adding the music to paid meditation/audio libraries
• feeding the music into any AI training system or dataset

All rights remain with Harmonic Frequencies LLC.

Creator-Friendly Usage

Creators may use our music in their own videos as long as:

• the music is part of transformative content (voice, visuals, or guidance)
• videos follow platform guidelines
• the track is not uploaded as standalone audio

Attribution is appreciated but optional.
