Introduction

Cre8tor Code and Harmonic Frequencies LLC use AI-assisted music generation as part of our creative workflow. This policy explains how AI is used, what it does not do, and the ethical standards we follow. Transparency and integrity are central to our process.

Purpose of AI in Our Workflow

AI is used as a sound-generation tool to support the creation of multiple musical editions for each affirmation script. It allows us to produce consistent, high-quality variations that would not be feasible within traditional studio workflows.

AI enables us to create:

• three editions of every track (Trance, Cinematic, Focus)
• a large, cohesive catalog across multiple series
• emotionally aligned soundscapes that match each affirmation’s intention

AI increases production capability — it does not replace human creativity.

Human-Led Creative Process

All core creative decisions are made by humans. This includes:

• affirmation writing
• emotional and thematic direction
• storytelling, symbolism, and series design
• sound intention, pacing, and structure
• final track curation and approval

AI does not write affirmations, define meaning, create the narrative, or decide what is published.

Originality and Copyright

All finalized music used in our catalog is original output created through licensed AI generation tools.

We do not:

• clone human artists
• replicate copyrighted songs
• sample proprietary recordings

Once a track is selected, refined, and released, Harmonic Frequencies LLC holds the copyright.

Ethical Standards

We follow clear ethical guidelines in all AI-assisted creation:

• no impersonation or replication of real artists
• no copyrighted audio sources
• no misleading or hidden AI usage
• no subliminal manipulation
• no claims that AI replaces human authorship

AI supports the process — it does not define it.

Data and Model Transparency

Our music is created using licensed AI music-generation platforms. These systems generate audio from prompts and are not trained on, nor do they reproduce, proprietary catalog recordings outside their licensing agreements.

We do not upload external copyrighted works into AI models.

Listener Safety and Integrity

Our music is designed for personal growth, emotional support, inspiration, and daily rituals. It is not medical treatment or a replacement for professional psychological care.

Frequency labels (such as 432 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz) are used thematically and symbolically — not as medical claims. The intention behind the music is emotional and experiential, not clinical.
