Creator Usage Guidelines
These guidelines explain how creators, coaches, and brands may use Cre8tor Code music in their content while protecting the integrity of our catalog and intellectual property.
Our goal is to support creators, not restrict them — as long as the music is used in alignment with these rules.
Who Can Use Our Music
The following types of creators are welcome to use Cre8tor Code music in their social content:
- meditation channels
- affirmation channels
- manifestation channels
- motivational creators
- storytellers and vloggers
- educators and coaches
- lifestyle and wellness creators
If your content helps people rise, focus, heal, or expand, our music is designed to support you.
What Creators Are Allowed to Do
Creators may:
- use Cre8tor Code music as background audio in videos
- use our tracks underneath visual content and narration
- speak over the music
- incorporate it into guided meditations and affirmation videos
- edit video length with our music playing underneath
- use snippets or sections of tracks
- monetize videos that include our music
YouTube Content ID may register usage of the audio, but this should not prevent monetization for the creator unless platform policies change.
Required Attribution
Attribution is not mandatory but is appreciated and encouraged whenever possible.
Recommended format:

If space is limited, a shorter form such as “Music: Cre8tor Code” is acceptable.
What Creators Cannot Do
Creators may not:
- upload music-only videos containing our tracks (audio-only reuploads)
- loop or extend our tracks and publish them as standalone audio
- create “10-hour affirmations” or similar audio-only loops using our music
- upload our tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, or other streaming platforms
- misrepresent our music as their own creation
- use our music inside apps or commercial software without permission
- package and resell the tracks in affirmation bundles or digital products
As a simple rule: if your upload replaces listening to the original track, it is not permitted.
Rules for Editing the Audio
Creators may:
- adjust volume
- apply light EQ for clarity
- mix their own vocals or voice-over on top
- use sections or snippets within longer videos
Creators may not:
- strip affirmations or vocals to recreate the music
- remove affirmations and replace them with their own over the same music
- rebuild or recreate our tracks using AI models trained on our audio
- create derivative “new tracks” that are clearly based on our originals
Light functional edits are fine. Transformative remakes or derivative works are not allowed.
Monetization Rules
Creators are allowed to monetize videos containing Cre8tor Code music under normal platform policies.
Key points:
- Content ID may recognize and claim the audio to track usage
- this should not cause copyright strikes
- it should not block monetization in typical use cases
- if unusual restrictions occur, we can review and whitelist channels where appropriate
Long-Form and Live Use
Creators may use our music in:
- livestreams
- background audio during long-format content
- yoga, wellness, or focus sessions with guidance
- guided meditations and manifestation journeys
Please ensure that no single track is looped excessively without transformation, voice-over, or added structure. This helps avoid duplicate-content detection and maintains alignment with our “no music-only upload” policy.
Requesting Special Permission
For the following types of use, a separate agreement or license is required:
- commercial advertisements
- films or documentaries
- mobile or desktop apps
- meditation or wellness platforms
- paid online courses where audio is a main product
- long-form audio products or albums
- brand collaborations or custom music
